How does delivery work?

Add unlimited requests to one visible queue. We prioritize them with your team and work on one active task at a time. The queue can contain more work than can be completed during a given period.

A bounded task has a 4-business-day review-ready target once it is Ready. Ready means the result, scope, acceptance criteria, access, dependencies, exclusions, decision-maker and release owner are agreed, and the delivery lane is free. Queued work is not Ready.

Work is implemented and verified in the agreed non-production environment. Your authorized team or agency approves every production release.
